2-Cell FRP Cooling Tower at GH2 Industries Cogeneration Plant
February 18, 2026
Fibre Craft Industries successfully completed a 2-Cell FRP Pultruded Structure Counter-Flow Cooling Tower for GH2 Industries (Private) Limited, installed at their Cogeneration Plant with a total circulation flow rate of 1,090 m³/hr.
This project reflects our continued commitment to delivering reliable, corrosion-resistant, and high-efficiency cooling solutions for industrial and energy-intensive applications, executed through complete in-house engineering, manufacturing, and site installation.
Why FRP Pultruded Counter-Flow Cooling Towers?
The system was engineered and selected for its clear technical and operational advantages:
FRP pultruded structural framework, offering superior corrosion resistance in industrial environments
High structural strength and dimensional consistency compared to conventional fabricated steel
Counter-flow thermal design, ensuring efficient heat rejection and stable performance under continuous operation
Two-cell configuration, enhancing operational flexibility and redundancy
Lightweight construction, reducing civil and foundation loads
Low maintenance requirements and extended service life, minimizing life-cycle costs
Ideal for cogeneration and process cooling applications
Special recognition goes to our engineering, manufacturing, QA/QC, and site teams, whose coordinated efforts ensured a safe, timely, and successful project delivery.
